The lecturer for this subject is Mr Andrew, which is a part-time lecturer. The assessment plan is divided into four components that are Final Assignment and TGC Portfolio. Each component except TGC Portfolio sums up assessment weightage to 100%.
For Final Assignment, I and two other students in one group have to pick a building in a given area. We have to take four angles of the building and describe in details about the management. Also, there are few questions about Green Building Index(GBI).
At the end of the semester, I am able to define Facility Management and the knowledge and practices in this field. Besides that, I am able to understand the impact of Facility Management towards national economic development.
