The lecturer for this subject is Ms Anita Shoba Magimay. Total credit hours is 4. The assessment plan is divided into four components that are Test 1, Test 2, TGC Portfolio and Final Examination. Each component except TGC Portfolio sums up assessment weightage to 100%.
For Test 1, the test covered Malaysian Legal System and Contract Law. For Test 2, the test covered Tort Law.
At the end of final chapter, I am able to know act or omission that is against the law and relate to our role as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Also, the consequences of such act in terms of common law.
